Memorial Day Mojito
Red, White, and Blue Mojito (Berry Mojito)
What you’ll need:
1-2 oz lime juice, or approximately 1 lime
1-2 oz lemon juice, or approximately 1 lemon
1 oz simple syrup
5 strawberries
15 blueberries
Club soda
2 oz white rum (or more!)
Instructions:
In a glass, add half the berries, lime juice, lemon juice, mint leaves and sugar. For a stronger citrus taste, add some of the lemon and lime rinds as well.
Using a muddler, mash the mint, berries and sugar to release the berries' juices and the mint oils, and to dissolve the sugar into the citrus juice.
Add rum and a generous amount of ice. Top with club soda.
Garnish the glasses with fresh mint sprigs, slices of lime or a skewer of berries. Add additional club soda to glasses if you’d prefer a lighter drink.

Skinny Spicy Margarita
It’s the *perfect* evening cocktail with a hint of sass from the jalapeño! This drink is completely guilt-free as its made with all natural ingredients and is completely sugar-free. Sweeten it up by adding some all natural agave syrup.
What you’ll need:
1-2 oz tequila of choice (We prefer Casamigos blanco)
5 tbsp fresh lime juice (or 1.5-2 small limes)
2 oz carbonated/sparkling water (I prefer Topo Chico)
3 thin slices of jalapeño (seeds removed)
ice
Optional: 2 oz natural agave syrup
Instructions:
Salt the rim of your glass-- pour a thin layer of salt on a small plate. Rub the wedge of a lime around the rim, then dip the glass into the salt so that it sticks. Fill the glass with ice.
In a small cocktail shaker or a large glass, add tequila, fresh lime juice, jalapeño and ice. Tightly close and shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds, then pour over ice in your margarita glass and finish it off with carbonated water if you wish. Add two thin slices of jalapeño and/or a slice of lime for garnish and enjoy!
