There's a New Luxury Hotel Located in the Palace of Versailles!!

France is officially reopened to vaccinated US travelers and now is the perfect time to plan your getaway! While there are luxurious hotels in countless cities and villages throughout the country, there has never been one located within the gates of the Versaille Palace until Le Grand Controle.

The recently opened boutique hotel has just fourteen beautifully decorated rooms and suites. The property is housed in the building once used to host ambassadors, writers, musicians, artists, and scientists in the 1600s and Le Grand Controle promises an unique step back in time. Upon check-in, guests are assigned a butler to assist with every need during their stay.

Indulge in the royal treatment with delicious prepared meals from renowned Chef Alaine Ducasse and experience Marie Antoinette-inspired afternoon tea. Dinner is an experience itself at Le Grand Controle as meals are served at the King’s Table. After dinner, guests retreat to the bar for evening entertainment and a nightcap.

Guests of the hotel have exclusive access to the Palace of Versailles and the gardens. Private tours are given every morning as well as “after hours'' where visitors will be shown the nooks and cranies of the castle that are not open to the public. Le Grand Contrôle is small, yet the luxuries provided are grand. French hospitality will greet you the moment you arrive.
