It is the finest brisket I’ve ever had.” With so much national attention and people waiting in line for hours, it’s no wonder that everyone is talking about Franklin Bbq.

13 Gobbi, Florence - Rigatoni Pasta

This special rigatoni is paired with a red sauce taken to new heights, with the bottom of the pasta dish covered in melted cheese that definitely adds a special touch. Perfect for cheese and pasta lovers, many critics will confirm that this simply “the best thing they’ve ever put in their mouth”.

Katz’s Delicatessen, Manhattan - Pastrami Sandwich

Katz’s is the dining equivalent of walking in midtown Manhattan: crowded, fast-paced, unapologetic – and if you hesitate, everyone passes you by. Famous for their sky-high pastrami sandwich - stuffed with perfectly marbleized, moist, meaty, and delicious pastrami sandwiched between two slices of delicious rye bread. Wash it down with a Dr. Brown’s Black Cherry Soda.

This authentic seafood restaurant offers a classic lobster roll and variations with cilantro lime or tomato basil mayonnaise, as well as a lobster BLT, a lobster grilled cheese, and a lobster taco. There are even rumors that a foot-long lobster roll will be added to the menu soon.

Dinner:

Joe’s Stone Crab, Miami - Stone Crab Claws with Mustard Sauce

A Miami Beach institution, Joe’s is famous for its fresh stone crab claws, bustling dinner scene, and no-reservations policy. The main attraction are the crab claws - offered in four different sizes - we recommend the largest specimens. The claws are served with an addictive creamy mustard sauce. Pro Tip: Don’t forget to order the infamous Key Lime Pie.

Dudells, Hong Kong - Peking duck

There’s no denying that Peking duck is one of the most irresistible dishes in Chinese cuisine - and Andiamo has found the best in show. A total of 60 pieces of the duck skin are carved, in front of the guests, from the duck’s breast, back, sides and legs. As condiments, small plates of cucumber, scallion, chilli are served alongside handmade steamed pancakes and a “secret duck sauce”. The pancakes, which are relatively thicker than traditional ones, are pan-fried before being placed in a bamboo basket.

Girafe, Paris - Royal Girafe Seafood Platter

Girafe is one of the hottest restaurants in Paris, with an absolutely breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower. The restaurant is all based on seafood, or as the french would say “fruits des mers”. The sumptuous seahouse-style menu offers fresh fish plates both cooked and raw, as with as a ceviche of lobster, sole and turbot, according to availability. The Royal Girafe seafood platter comes with a collection of oysters (18), whelks, brown shrimp, shrimps, king crab, langoustines, and a whole lobster. Gasp!

Renowned chef Grant Achatz of three Michelin star rated Alinea Restaurant Chicago has created an innovative edible balloon made from green apple taffy and filled with real helium. The balloon is one of the restaurant’s most famous, and most instagrammed courses on the tasting menu. FYI, singing a song in a very high-pitched voice is totally allowed at this fancy dining establishment.

Winkel 43, Amsterdam - Dutch Apple Pie

Winkel 43 is located in the heart of the Jewish quarter, and just a block away from the Anne Frank house. This cozy cafe not only has a prime location, but it’s also known for  having the best dutch apple pie in Amsterdam.
